Good location for city centre
Family room, very spacious, location to city centre 10 minutes walk, Decent breakfast.
room next to lift, pinging noise everytime the lift door opened and audible recording saying doors opening, became annoying. Beds with springs, could do with an upgrade to memory foam. Renovation works already started (didn't affect us, no noise) but would be nice to see it when all areas have been renovated.

Very nice and comfortable.
Location , clean and tidy.staff in bar were brilliant .
Bathroom was a little old and shabby. Quite expensive for 1 night although I understand it’s city centre prices .

Lovely stay, very nice staff and very clean place to stay.
Upon walking through the door me and my husband were very happy from the cleanliness to the nice staff member on the desk. The corridors and lifts were immaculate. Walked into our room and was pleasantly surprised with just how nice and clean it was. No odours what so ever so was very happy. Complementary soaps and creams was a nice touch also. Had a brilliant sleep, bedding and mattress was the best we have had in any hotels we’ve stayed in. Had breakfast this morning was met by a lovely lady who explained the breakfast was buffet and let us sit where we wanted. Very happy with that. The food was quite good as well. Brew machine was good and we just couldn’t find anything to complain about. I have such bad ocd so to have everything perfect is important to me and it truly was, we drove away happy and that our stay was pleasant.
Only thing that bothered me is the shower head. A powerful head is one important thing i need to relax and release pain in my body. Its the only thing i would say please change them. I know its all about saving water but when you go away you want a good powerful shower and that in most cases is the shower head.
